Luise Freese

Making your work work.

About me:
When I talk about Office 365, I feel like a true evangelist. Being able to draw my vision into anothers mind and seeing that a flower grew from the tiny seed I sowed really satisfies me.

Just like you, I am convinced, that digital transformation is 80% people and 20% technology. Most IT departments don’t understand, that an office 365 project isn’t finished, when documents are migrated into SharePoint and Exchange Online works.

Inspiring employees to evolve their ways to work, to set up a new attitude and engaging leaders to connect with employees is the most challenging, but most rewarding part of my job. I strongly believe that it is my mission to establish an engaging mindset.
